[BUG] Transmitter sinks Cyclops [25416 & 26005]

I was testing solar panels on a cyclops and decided to see if a power transmitter can be added on the Cyclops to help transmit power to a base while not inside the Cyclops. As soon as I set down the plan for the Transmitter on the Cyclops, it began to sink as if the Transmitter weighed too much to stay buoyant. When placed on the front of the Cyclops, the front sinks with the rear of the Cyclops sticking out of the water. Placed on the rear, the same thing happens with the front sticking out of the water; and with it in the center, the entire sub sinks and continues to sink until something stops it. I tested this on both the experimental and live versions and it had the same effect on both.

Even though it sinks, does the charging actually work? If so, I'm going to have to try that.
Also, does the sinking cause significant damage to the cyclops?

So far it seems no damage has occurred to the Cyclops at all, even when I applied the transmitter in shallow water. And no, the charging to the cyclops does not work correctly from solar panels and the ship sinks too fast for me to tell if any energy is being received from the nearby base. I did find in another post that solar panels are not working correctly on the cyclops, that is if they were intended to work on the cyclops at all. From what they said and from what I've seen, each solar panel only charges about 5 energy points and then no longer charges the batteries.

As I said in a previous thread , solar pannels will only charge up their own storage - power cells cannot recharge at all right now.
