Ive tried posting this on the Trillo site multiple times without sucsess.
I have had this error a couple of times.
Usually begins with me being able to play the game, the game will then freeze and close with an error then I get a cycle of errors upon pressing play on the Subnautica Configuration window.

You have bunch of errors that indicate that the game cannot load things, ending with a final error that says the audio system cannot initialize.
The Things I would do:
Verify your cache with steam,
Reinstall the game from steam,
Check your audio drivers
Confirm that the game has not been blacklisted by your antivirus software.
Run the game as admin and/ or verify your permissions.
It is worth noting that your system is below the min spec in both CPU speed and Video card performance
I will give the others in the list a try as ive done the verify cache with steam a couple times already.
These issues have only recently arisen after i upgraded to Windows 10. While i was using 8.1 the game never had an issue with my graphics card but I do need to upgrade it.
I will keep you posted on my results.
There have been some issue with the windows ten drivers for realtek audio chip sets in particular. So, if you are using one of those make sure to update to their latest driver
