A new location inside of the Aurora that you can go to and find the communication room, which is still partly operational. You can manipulate the orbit of one of the satellites so that it is over your location on the planet from one of the terminals in the room. These satellites were sent to the planet before the Aurora arrived to make sure it was habitable and as general scouts. The player can only manage to manipulate the orbit to follow a specific GPS device that can be made/ found and therefore cannot freely move the satellite to other parts of the planet. The GPS device will be carried by the player and will in effect allow the map to be greyed out and only become uncovered as the player goes around the map while the GPS is in their inventory. The map could also be used to see beacon locations the player has set themselves along with the Escape Pod, Cyclops and Seamoth beacons. Finally the 'Signal' items that can be found on the Aurora can be inputted into the device so their locations can be visualized. Thanks
