[BUG] Generic Room Problems [21078 JUL-15]

Just switched to the experimental release yesterday so I could play around with the new base building components. I apologize if I'm reporting things you already know. Here are the glitches I experienced.

1. Last night I could not get the prompt to delete a room once I'd built it. Tried many times but could never find a position where it prompted me to Deconstruct it. Today I have different problems...
2. Plopped a room down on top of a mesa-like structure. Ended up with the dark red fern-like coral sticking up through the floor and other fauna kind of floating around randomly. AxxrnhT.jpg I can delete all the windows but it tells me I can't delete the room because it has attached components.
3. The view from this room looks weird at night. VqGQr4l.jpg At first I thought maybe it was because it was only partially submerged and close to dawn.
4. But I'm seeing the same behavior no matter where I build it. Teleported to the Koosh biome and laid some foundation to try it there. I'm seeing the same kind of flora-through-the-floor behavior with foundations. ovasXzj.jpg I built the room and I see the same problem with the view. K9xtLuU.jpg
5. I've also noticed that the Builder is quite picky about windows in the room structure. The prompt to build a window is very distance-dependent and the sweet spot ends up being farther away than expected.
6. Don't know if this is a bug, but it also seems impossible to connect anything to the rooms either on top or bottom. Not sure if this is by design or what.

Went back to the 'mesa problem' with the idea of using the Terraformer to clear the flora from the top before I build. Found out the Terraformer doesn't clear flora. But, I found I could clear the flora by building a corridor where it occurs then deleting it...except for this dark red fan-shaped stuff! It just won't disappear no matter what I do!
