Update 11 Messed my resolution up

My native resolution is 1280 x 1024, but I never played SN that way because the option was never availble. The new launcher ONLY permits me to run it at 1280 x 1024 now, which would be fine except a lot of things don't fit well on the screen, especially the inventory menu.

Worse (and I don't know if this is a resolution issue or just something that was removed), I no longer have access to the cheat menu. Either I can't see it because it's off screen, or it's just gone. Either way, as I only play official release builds, I like to cheat when new stuff comes out so I can test it and have a little fun with it before I play a real game. Without any way to cheat, I can't give myself the things I need to quickly test out the sea bases.

    Does anyone know of a way to change the resolution manually in a ini file or something? I looked all over the install directory and there was nothing. Also, the experimental options menu only has 1280 x 1024 as well.

    cheat menu: must be enabled each time the game is started - on the very top of the F3 screen - after pressing F3, press ESC to get a cursor. The "Disable Console" flag is not correctly saved/reloaded, so it must be enabled and again disabled if it already was disabled.
