Day 11 after buying this game, still unable to play

I AM DIYING TO PLAY THIS GAME
So, day 11 checking in, I still haven't been able to play this game because it crashes everytime I try to start a new game( I've tried all modes)
I've tried Beta and experimental modes, waited for updates everyday. Without luck, still unable to play the game.
I have a gaming PC so I am pretty sure I can run it.
The last thing before crashing is hearing the sea sound and it says loading Life Pod, then nothing happens, then after 20 seconds it says ( Fatal Error In gc) too many heap sections.
I have the crash reports but I don't know where to send them.
PLzzzzzzz I wanna play the game like theres no tomorrow.
