Suggestion: sea base parts

Just a few ideas for parts for the sea base things. (sorry if I don't have any terms right, this is a quick post of ideas before bed)

PART IDEAS


1. 3x3 room
info: a large room area which has 4 connection points, 8 reinforcement/window points, and 2 ladder points.
use: would be used as hub rooms for the bases.
cost: 12 of the metal

2. 3x3 micro sub dock
info: self explanitory is the same as the room only this is open at the top, and the small sub and later the exo suits can be docked here allowing them to charge and so you don't have to just leave them out in the open when using your base.
cost: 3 power ccells and 12 of the metal

3. 2x2 room
info: just a large room with 2 connection points and 6 reinforcement/window points, is meant for storage rooms.
cost: 8 of the metal



ADDITIVE PART IDEAS
note: aditive rooms would be pre constructed designs for rooms, that would require a room to have nothing in it, to build, this means you can't build one with a ladder through it, though after they are built some renforcement/window points, and ladder connection points will still be usable.

kitchen
info: a build for the 3x3 large room, allows advanced cooking like lets say creeper vine wrapped fish. can cook higher quality food in this room.
comes with: 2 cooking points, and a water purifier
note: the water purifier would require bleach and batteries to run though 2 resources of each can make 20 things of water.
cost: 10 of the metal, 5 glass, 4 copper wire, 2 power cells.

Armory
info: a build for the 3x3 large room, this room would allow for construction and storage of advanced weapons and gear.
comes with: a weapon bench, and several storage and charging points for gear such as the mobility thing.
note: requires 4 power cells after construction to run the chargers
cost:10 metal, 2 gold, 10 copper wire, 4 power cells.


living area
info: a build for the 3x3 room comes with 4 bunks, and storage areas, player can rest in the bunks to skip night or skip day... this would be great if there was a sleep requirement ever added.
comes with: 4 beds, 2 lockers, 2 storage cubes.
cost:20 metal, 4 cooper wire

storage room
info: a build for teh 2x2 room, comes with a large amount of storage areas and a place for a fabricator
comes with: 8 lockers built into walls (blocking window points) and 6 ground storage points similar to the one in the escape pod
costs: 8 metal and 8 glass.

    Part suggestions

    1. wall generator
    info: can be placed anywhere a reinforcement part can be placed, this generator will power the base and be more compact.
    requires: 4 titanium, 2 power cells. (has slots for 8 total power cells unlike the exterior one)

    2. flood lights
    info: a special light that can be placed around a section flooding the area around it with light at night. could also be used to scare off larger fish in darker areas as bright bio-luminescence means big fish.
    requirements: 2 copper wire, 1 glass

    3. ladder tube
    info: a small tube designed to creating long ladders, basically a 1x1 square which can be reinforced or windowed on 4 sides and has a ladder point on top and bottom.
    requirements: 2 titanium

    4.O2 pump
    info: required for a base to make its own air, this part would be a 1x1 placement part that can only be put on the top ladder/hatch spot of a section, pumps 02 into the base from the surface, requires a pipe line to be connected to it to work... and power
    requirements: 4 titanium, 2 glass, 1 pipe

    5 fish tank
    info: a player can seal off part of their sea base and put a hatch on it, putting small fish into this would allow the player to make a farm. this would be two parts a glass inner hatch and a water vent
    requirements: 4 glass, 1 titanium (for the door)
    requirements: 1 titanium (for water vent)
    note: this is basically a controlled flooding of part of the sea base, could be used other ways.

    Greenhouse pod

    A 3x3 round pod made covered in hardened enamel glass. Harvestable plant samples could be put in tall water filled tubes and farmed every few days. Growing plants produce oxygen that can be released into the sea base with an oxygen pump. This could reduce the power consumption of the on base generator by removing the need to manufacturer oxygen.

    Requires plant material, titanium ingot and some enameled glass

    There are these plant things that produce air bubbles, it would be cool if you could somehow harvest one and put it in that greenhouse for free oxygen! Maybe you can grow one using the dna analyzer/transfuser thing (I don't know how it will work). If not, there could be a special tool for harvesting plants.
    If this doesn't get added, at least the O2 pump with pipes connected to the surface is a great idea and the pipes would finally have a use.

    A hanger or dock for subs

    attach subs to the base for extra room (requires more subs to be implemented)

    Turrets (to protect your base from animals pissed off by your base)

    Observatory, reaserch labs, specimen containment tanks, bedrooms (if there is an AI ally) and C&C room where you can remotely control subs to put on patrol patterns or gather stuff.
