Base building

Where can I find fragments to put in analyzer? How do I place/move the base parts? I tried spawning a base window but it just sits there in the water (the first time I was stupid enuff to do spawn it inside the sub, it didn't work very well) . I'm running experimental build.

Or is it something I missed?
Sorry if this is covered somewhere but I couldn't find anything.

Try building a room first, then a hatch to get inside. I think they don't need to be analyzed, they come standard.

Thanks. I just discovered I needed to start a new game. I think the reason it not work was I continued my old savegame. Or was it something else?? (I'm no computer expert)

I've noticed that also. Usually when another update gets pushed, I continue once from the old game and start a new one. It's like the updates don't always mesh with the old stuff.
