Cannot submit feedback in-game

When I press F8, all it does is give a jumble of overlapping graphics in the top left corner of the screen. Not terrible useful. This happens both in the regular and experimental versions.

Also, I decided to check out the experimental and I can't LMB stuff, which is why I was trying to use the feedback.
