[Error] Couldn't Establish A Connection With The Server

Hi. I have a problem with joining into a server.

What i do:
-> Start game
-> Quick Join /Join over Server List
-> Server Load screen
-> Main Load screen
-> Main Menu with MsgBox ("Couldn't Establish A Connection With The Server")

What can i do to fix this?

I have try this more times:
- Delete "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Natural Selection 2\ns2\shaders"
- Delete "C:\Users\Tw0F1sh\AppData\Roaming\Natural Selection 2" -> system_options.xml and clear cache dir
- Reinstall NS2
- Join over "http://hypernovadesign.co.uk/nanogrid/"
- With Beta patch, Without Beta patch
- Repair game per steam
- opening Ports
- try to setup my router for ns2
- Reinstall Windows 7 x64
- try to play/Install ns2 on 3 different PC´s
- low Video options
- high Video options
- with Mods / without Mods
- with steam cloud support /without steam cloud support (because i have play ns2 at upcomming on steam and think old configs from steamcloud crashed it)
- ask google
- host a onwn server
- with firewall / without firewall
- 10.000 times restart my PC
- with AV / without AV
- 10.00 times Console connect command
- 10.00 times Console retry command
- Try to join on every server who existing in ns2

    That is a harmless error and has nothing to do with your problem. If you have done all of that and it doesn't work, I don't think it's a problem with NS2. Do you have any problems with other games?

    That is when clicking the "Play now" button...
    What about clicking a visibly populated and healthy server in the server browser?

    Also, have you disabled any and all AV? Some apps like Comodo AV have this symptom.

    What exactly happens when starting a listen server? (Server Browser -> Start Server)
    Can you show us the log for that?
    Does it behave differently from a sandbox? (Tutorial -> Sandbox)

    No AV installed Firewall disabled and only installed the main programms FF Browser, Drivers + Win7 x64 Updates, Steam, LoL, Origin with BF4, Battle.net software with Diablo3, True Crypt, WinSCP, TS3 and Teamviewer.

    You're seeing 19 servers without any filters? Around 140 (including passworded) is correct.
    Fairly positive the problem you're having is further down your network, strongly hinting at the router.

    Some routers detect the NS2 UDP traffic as flood attacks and block it 8-|
    Please tell us your router model before throwing it out the window.

    I have no problems with for example cs:go over Steam Serverlist. Why i have than problems with ns2 over steam server list?

    Seeing as its a wireless router as well, are you using wireless to connect? If so, please use wired only for now.

    All your logs are saying is a timeout. You are unable to connect even once.
    Combine that with what ATF noticed, and it definitely all points to a network issue on your end.

    Time to temporarily DMZ or bypass your router and test again

    Known issue of the Speedport W724V Typ B firewall.

    Sadly there is no way to work around this issue beside switching the router itself.

    Some users reported in the telekom forum that activating a udp port forward for port 27015-27016 did help but i wouldn't guess so, anyway it's worth a try right ;)

    ok if my router firewall bock ns2 than i have to bypass the firewall from router firmware.

    This is a nice offer but my provider used VoIP and IPv6 so i can only use hardware that can handle VoIP and IPv6. Tanks for this offer but i have another solution :):):):):)


    Now my status:
    I get the sourcecode from my router firmware and now i try do programming this firewall out. If i have done this i post it and i can send you the modded firmware so the Ns2 dev. Team can send this firmware to other guys with this problems.

    My status is now:
    I have to read tons of sides because i have only one router and without internet i am lost :P (if this router bricks or some else...)

    Here are the informations i can get until now:
    If some brain are here to help me, so your are wellcome ;) (to speedup the solution)

    The rouer "Speedport W724V Typ B" can be cracked with https://openwrt.org/. The router device is listed in "Table of Hardware" on there page.

    now is the step to install the cracked firmware on my router without a brick. This step take a long time (see above) but i am not idle on this progress.

    Buy a used FB 7390 from ebay or ebay classifieds and save yourself the hassle. Plus you won't have to do anything to your current router until the replacement runs satisfactory.
    I got one for EUR 55 the other day.
