Skins for Specific Users/Groups? [shine]

Alright, here's a crazy idea. Is it theoretically possible to enable a workshop mod skin for a user/group of users on Shine? Say for instance I want to reward donators with a badass armor set. How would one go about doing so?

Basically here's the breakdown:
Is it possible to add options into the "Customize Character" menu via server mod?
How?

How would you make this only accessible to certain people using Shine? (Though I imagine if I dig through Shine's docs I can figure that out).

I'm more asking for the theory here, though if someone thinks this is awesome and wants to code it, I'll be sure to give you a badass armor set on my server.

    This is already done on Rusty's Diamonds server. You'd have to ask him if you use it, which I doubt he will, so you would have to code this and make everything yourself.

    PS people generally don't like downloading 6 mods worth of skins.

    Hmm. I didn't think of that. But excellent point.
