Restrict access to server to IP addresses from a Region

Hi,

I have my own dedicated server, and I like to restrict the access allowing only players having a french IP address. I heard that such mod exists.

Currently people are joining the server from Germany, Russia, English speakers, France... And the commander is having a hard time commanding since only 2 players get what he says...

Team play is very important and the teammates should understand each others.

Can you tell me the name of this mod? (if existing).

    What I would recommend is having a MOTD show when a person logs in, asking for them to use English/Russian/Dead Latin.

    This, hand and hand with admin works fine, while avoiding restricting legitimate people who can speak Grecian/Spanish/paleolithic in France (who IMO are generally multilingual)

    As for MOTD and other admin tools, I think Shine (ty Ghoul) has those covered?

    You mean Shine? NS2+ is purely a gameplay improvement mod, which doesn't contain any server features at all.
