Armour option

Hello. I've recently re-installed NS2 after a while out and can no longer find the option to change armour skin. I have the black armour and deluxe DLC content both installed. Has it moved and I'm just being a dumbdumb?

    There all still there! Theres a new skin menu that lets you see what you look like, its just only available once you join a server.

    Something about how rendering works or something.

    Its how the animations load actually from what I understand. They only load in an online server (cinematics work offline oddly though).
