Small, but annoying cursor bug

I'm not sure if this is worthy of a whole new post, but here goes.
I'm getting a small white dot, maybe pixel size, following my cursor. I've cleaned out my workshop files, cache, verified Steam, the whole nine yards, everything short of a re install. Problem showed up on offical UWE servers.
Dropbox link has a mp4 video of it, plus techsupport zip and log (because why not?).

On a side note, I was getting the random crash bug that other people are complaining about. I switched from DX 11 to DX 9, and that seemed to solve my problem.

Are you sure its not a crosshair mod which has flaws? I saw your log contains a few client mods, but as of course I dont know all mod codes by heart
Dot is still there. Minor success though, after clicking into the options menu on the main screen, the dot disappeared. It came back once logged onto a server.
I made another video with a bumped up bit rate.

Screen shot doesn't show the cursor. The dot it to the upper right of where the cursor would be.
No crosshair in the menu, so that scraps that idea.. im out of ideas tbh
