i do purchased it, i own a cd-key, or as i can say, steam gave me a cd-key to prove i have the game, i didn't bought the game as a cd-key thro a 3rd market, i bought on steam, i send them a mail about it when it vanish'd and in their reply there was a cd-key line and in it my cd key. i can take a ss and show it i guess
is there really no way to track up my cd-key to see where it ends, what happen'd to it? i am not tryn to reclaim it or anything (if it is somehow my own fail) all i want is information becouse i really gave high amount of money to it (transition from my country's money to $ is just insane.) i just want to know why, and if there is a slightly chance for me to turn back this awesome game.

You will have received an email when you purchased it. From Steam if you purchased through steam, or from some other location if you bought it somewhere else. If you could find the confirmation of purchase email, that would really help.

If you purchased the game on Steam and they are able to provide you with a CD-Key, i'm not sure why they can't also give you a reason on why it has been revoked from your account. It would be nice to have in writing from them something like: "the developer revoked your CD key as it was purchased with an invalid credit card".
