How many times does your server crash every month?

Because the scope of this issue is not known to me I was wondering how many crashes other server operators get on their servers.

Please post the following,
- The amount of crashes every month
- Mods you are running on your server

Here is mine,
The Tick's BG servers, 28 players

- 30 crashes a month for 1 server (once a day average)

Mods running
- Shine administration
- Shine ns2Stats
- Uke's alien vision
- ns2_docking classic
- ns2_kodiak
- Ticks large server balance mod

I'm at ~1.3 crashes on avarage per day per server, pretty much most if not all of those are stack corruption crashes. Those crashes actually happen on mapchange most of the time with players, so it's a bit skewed (cause the avarage includes the inactive/off servers), I tried to notify UWE multiple times but they are not even responding to anything.
NS2stats, shine, badges on all, one has combat and the other one custom maps.

Or to put it diffrently, 682 crashes in 87 days with 6 servers.

NS2 long standing issues (Fix ETA: Never):
Bad Netcode (no adjustable tickrate, extremly delayed hit feedback, bad hitreg),
Bad Performance (Poor Multi-threading, Mouse Lag, bad server performance, almost no multi-threading in server application)
Bad Balance (GL Spam, semi-useless exos, poor chance of comebacks, no upkeep/or RT dimishing returns...)
Technical Issues (Mouse Lag, Memory Leaks, Memory Corruption (and memory corruption server crashes))
Bad Workshop implementation (down = kicks people/connection prboelms, out of date = nobody can join server),

I had "only" 21 ( ~ 0,7 per day ) crashs last month, but alot more the month before.

For test reasons i disabled all mods for 2 days with manually mapchanging. After 17 mapchanges my server crashed even running fully vanilla.

What improved my situation was disabling shine map autocycling and doing a daily server restart.

But still the server crashs ways to often :(

I haven't got any statistics (how did you guys see the exact number of crashes?) But I'm guessing I have around 20-25 crashes per month and server (two regular NS2 servers with mods and one Combat server). Crashes can occur both on map change and in the middle of a round.

I run the [SWE] The Thirsty Onos servers with
    - Shine admin
    - NS2Stats (Shine version)
    - NS2+
    - Mineshaft fix
    - Pregame Plus
    - Jambi
    - Kodiak

I would really like to see some improvements to the stability of NS2 server. Crashes can easily kill a server.

Yeah, I also have at least 1 crash a day, usually memory corruption bug on mapchange. I must say, this is the worst piece of server software I have ever seen in my entire life. If this wasn't a game but something people used in production, every single customer would be demanding their money back... Just something to think about guys, perhaps spend a little time trying to fix all these memory leaks?

Same on our server it crashes on map change mostly every day. I have switched off ns2stats and it didn't crash for 2 days. But it may not be related. Just testing.

server populated around 10 AM, crashed at 11 AM, got repopulated luckily, and then crashed at 8:30 pm (mapchange)

Also, what I notice, when there is a mapchange crash it just closes the window, if there is an ingame crash it gives a server.exe stopped working error in windows.

Are we counting when it freezes too or when it gets blown up from workshop fail?

the counts are actual crashes server.exe crash, or a bluescreen or when a restart of the server.exe client is needed.

Are these all windows servers or linux?
From my perspective UWE has been trying to both with what little resources they have given to the game. They don't have an AAA budget, let alone an indie game budget. They have the budget of a game that has been out 6 years. I want to say, don't half ass two things, whole ass one thing. I just don't think they have the resources to do it. Unlike many of the people on the forums, I guess I am just happy they are at least trying even though I may not like what they end up doing.

My regular NS2 servers hasn't crash for many days now but my Combat server on the other hand crashes several times a day. Most of the time you can only play a couple of maps before it crashes. Is the Combat mod more prone to crash or is it just a coincidence?
