Can't join official servers

Every time, I see the "Attempting Connection" Screen for a couple of seconds, then the "Loading" Screen, then the main menu telling me that the Connection could not be established.
I can Play on other Servers just fine (except when they don't let me join a Team but still let me connect) and I can Play other multiplayer games.
No Firewalls but the Windows stock one.
