Crashes killing my fun with the game [No 4GB limit crash]

Hi. Since I bought the game last November I'm suffering from crashes.

The Video freezes and the Audio loops one second. Nothing works, only the window to send a crash report opens.

I cannot reproduce the crashes.

Things that seems to increase the rate of crashes:
Higher Video settings
Playing in Spots with many other players
Someone talks over Team Radio
Restarting the game after crash increases the chance of a crash. Restarting of the PC seems to lower the chance.

The chance for a crash is not influenced by the Map. I even got some crashes alone in ready room.

I used Windows 7 64 bit with 4GB memory. I tried to lower the Windows memory usage and upgrated my System to 8 GB memory. The crashes still appear so it is definitely not the 4 GB memory issue. The last days I was not able to play for more than 20 Minutes. Suxs after evolving to Onos.

I tried to contact support two times via Email.
I still got no answer.
I'm pissed alot.

    turn this off. your system can not handle it.

    try to test without any mods on a uwe server. (If you seem to rubberband a bit blaim the server. (net_stats 1, anything with less then 30 ticks on serverrate is a problem))

    Also try to run profiler, this is live & does not save any data.
    * profile in console
    * spacebar to pause after a spike. (note if you crash this wont work)
    * [ and ] to cycle frames. pick the biggest ones.
    * click biggest purple bars open and screenshot it all.

    Also some PTs or mods or devs may have more ideas

    So what information do I have to get from the "profile" screen exactly? There are a lot of spikes and how do I screenshot them? What button to circle frames? ([and]?)

    you use [ and ] to cycle through frames, shown on the bottom.
    of the biggest frames (huge columns) you open the biggest purple bars and click them open with your mouse.

    Also the occlusion being on high was in the config file you send which would suggest its on.

    I have the same issue and I have 16GB of memory and its getting worse, I don't know how to fix it man, I just reboot and rejoin the server.

    So, the big thing for crashes is still the dreaded out of memory condition, with out a tech support zip I am going to assume you have it. The easiest fixes are to reduce the quality of your textures and to reduce the number of decals. If that does not help please publish a tech support zip.

    As always updated drivers and the like are big plus.
