No sound, won't detect my Fast Track Pro

I can't here any sound. I've tried changing the sound output device but the Fast Track Pro i'm using is not listed as an option, only the default audio and the Xbox headset i'm using. Is there any way for it to detect my device?

If it doesn't show up in the list of available sound devices, that means that Windows didn't report it to NS2. How is your device connected to your PC?
