I did it right annything he does in the video below but when i start server.exe shortcut then they said "Error: Couldn's open file 'models/effects/frag_metal_01.model'. Some one please help me out !!! Thanks you guy so much

Strange thing i just looked into my own server i also doesn't have that file but never seen that error. Do you use any mod? And could i maybe see the complete log.
