Console Button

Hmm.. my console button (the one left of 1 and top of tab) dont work <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

i have tried both..

bind "~" "console 1.0; toggleconsole"

But if i bind another key like "q" then it works but i cant get the console up again i must whrite "toggleconsole" and thats not fun <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    um.. nevermind i founded "unbindall" in my config and removed it and now it works fine <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Change the shortcut to Half Life so that it ends with "-console" (without the " ")
    Mine looks like this:

    D:\Spel\Half-Life\hl.exe -console
    (spel is swedish for Games)

    "~" is a shifted character. Are you using "~" or "`"?

    "~" is tilde for those of you who do not know what the button is called. Next time you wont have to say left of one and above tab <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    0113 is correct you have to have the -console opting as an argument in the start shortcut or the console will not function.

    My start shorcut for NS is

    D:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hl.exe -game ns -noipx -32bpp -nointro -console
