i dont know what happened but i remeber when i pre ordered it showed the unknown worlds crew with a 20 dollar bill saying thank you but for some reason my game is only retail like i didnt pre order a long time ago maybe i i did something wrong but is there any way i can find out to get my pre order info?

It's a separate gamekey (steamkey) you need to activate if i remember correctly.

i went back and checked my email and i pre ordered NS2 pre-order (Standard Edition) that was back in march 2012

When I bought black armor, it was on July 24th, 2010. I'm not sure when the black armor sale ended, but I don't think you made the cut in 2012. You may have deluxe green armor, though.

I bought my ns2 on March 16 2012 and it was the green deluxe armor.
