Autorotate maps even when server is empty..

If there's no mod out there that can do this .. any chance UWE could add it in?
At the moment, if you have a server running .. and its empty .. the map doesn't change ..
You might not see a problem with that .. but here it is .. lets say a server has been empty for 2 hours .. and has a few mods on it
A mod gets updated .. the server will never change map to get the update!
So .. users trying to connect will get a 'servers mods are out of date' and never be able to join
So .. until an admin can connect via the web admin .. noone will be able to join
