Air Lock

some one should make an air lock in one of their maps. there are doors that you can close from one side locking some one in or out. this gave me the idea to make an airlock that will emediately kill them once they are sealed in and exposed to space. it should be put in some place that has to be crossed other wise it will never be used.

airlocks are the join_spectate of many readyrooms.

Back when we were beta testing there was a map that did this, only you were locked in for about 30 seconds before it blew you out into space. Oh the joys of dropping 3 shotguns inside the room only to use your commander button pushing powers to lock in your team when they went inside to get their "reward". :)

and what happens if there is a CC with the commander inside & scan? no alien can get to him, but he can keep operating forever!

never thought of that tommy... though i think trigger_hurts hurt buildings too, so it wouldn't exactly be too hard to get rid of the commander if they do :)

I have airlocks in my map, they don't kill you, there airlocks within the ship for safety... you know one area looses pressure airlocked..
