Ive been triying to solve this problem since i bought the game 1 week ago. I tried to disable steam cloud sync options. And reinstalling.

Ive seen other threads but idk how to do it =S
"I recommend you to try changing your rendering method to D3D9 or (if it's already D3D9 then change it to D3D11) in your system_options.xml as seen here:"
"%appdata%/Natural Selection 2/system_options.xml" <--- I cant find that folder and file

Thanks

For the %appdata% folder, copy and paste "%appdata%/Natural Selection 2/" into Start->Run (Windows key + R) and hit enter.

I think your problem go with all the other Apus problems in this forum. NS2 is not optimized for intern graphic cards aka Intel HD XXXX and mostly won't run on them. If you have another graphic card in your laptop and this problem hasn't solved itself yet, let us know. But otherwise -> your pc doesn't fit to the minimum requirements of NS2
