Binding commander

So, I am French and therefore I have an "azerty" keyboard. I managed to change my key bindings, but this does not work anymore. Before I could change them, but I no longer can do it. I found a file called "Commander Buttons.xml" but when I modify this file I can't connect to any server ("your game files do not match the server"). There a mod that allow to change the commander bindings but it does not work on all of the servers. It would be very kind of you to think about people who do not have QWERTY keyboards or those who want to have custom bindings. Would it be possible to, somehow allow us players to manage our own commander bindings?

    The only way right now is to autohotkey redirect your keys, make your A key send Q etc. This will make you type that way though. The "commander buttons.xml" file needs to be whitelisted by default however (though I cannot find the file anywhere, does it even exist anymore?).

    Either you rebind those keys in your steam/userdata/<steamid>/4920/remote/options.xml by e.g <Q>Y</Q> or just ask the server admin at the sever you play on to install this: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=160590541

    Then you'll have this in your options:
    457ECFD7E2A783012F44FAA4A5C4EEB9CEB2BD94

    the files steam/userdata/<steamid>/4920/remote/options.xml exist but i don't change the binding in anymore.
    and i don't want a mod because in a NSL league the server don't accept the mod
