Activation code is already being used

Hi, I pre-purchased NS2 back when it was originally announced, but have only just decided to try and install the game. Putting my activation code into steam results in a message that the code has already been used despite the fact that I've never activated it and nor do I have another steam account with which I could've activated it on to begin with (and it doesn't appear in my current game library). Help!

Your best bet would be to contact UWE directly at store@unknownworlds.com and let them see what is going on.

So I emailed them and got a response directing me to contact@humblebundle.com. I e-mailed them my problem, to which they responded by re mailing me my keys (which obviously don't work). When I pointed this out to them I received an automated response: "We are currently experiencing a heavy inflow, and it may take several days for us to reply back to you. We apologize for the inconvenience." And 8 days later haven't heard back from them...

Yea I would hound them, as they are the gatekeepers for providing you with another key.
If after 2 weeks you do not get this resolved, PM me and be prepared to provide all email correspondences and your efforts, and i will sort it out.
Until then, though, its on them.
