Power Node Idea

When the Aliens take the power out, the lights and machines go out. After a bit, Emergency Lighting kicks in, which seems normal. I think it would be better if the lights stayed completely off until a marine repairs half of the power node. Agree?

I think if Power Surge triggered emergency lighting (if used on broken Power Node), that would be a very nice feature!
