I cant play!! My Menu is bugged, i dont know!

Hey sup people, i kinda need your help!!
I just open the game, and nothing happens, there's no menu, no opition, nothing!! =((
I have a nice pc.. (Amd phenom II x4 black edition, nvidia gtx 550ti (1gbddr5 192bits) and 4gb ram ddr3 1333mhz)
I've triyed a lot of things like: reinstall directx; reinstall the game, verify integrity and stuffs like that..
I'm gamer and i play a bunch of games, NS2 is the only one bugged..
