Editor black thumbnails

Hi, i have been waiting to get NS2 for a while now and have just got it. I am very keen to start figuring out the map editor but for some reason all of the thumbnails in the prop selector and texture select are black. I have looked through the forums already but none of the solutions are working for me. (Deleting the editor cache in %appsdata%). Is anybody else having this problem and does anybody know how to fix it? Cause i want to start making some maps :P

I think the thumbnails are generated by the engine, and as there has been some recent changes with Dx11 and OpenGL, its all bugged again. Maybe someone will upload the cache. Its all black for me as well on the new textures/props from recent patches. I don't think there's much you can do about it, just wait till they fix it.

For me is just the new bio dome stuff that's blacked out

That's because your other thumbnails were already rendered and in cache. Only the new stuff isn't properly rendered. If you didn't have the editor before well all your thumbnails will be bugged.

Weird, the material/dev floor texture changed to the 128x128 dev wall texture, but the properties are for the actual floor texture making it look smaller than the wall texture really is with a 1/1 scale. Didn't have problems with that yesterday. I should just wait until it gets updated.

Where is the cache located btw?
