Alien upgrade tier specifics

Since 250, Alien upgrades come in tiers, improving with the number of upgrade buildings you construct. My understanding is that the upgrade maxes out at 3 structures. For example, a shell unlocks Carapace and Regeneration. A second and third shell improves Carapace and Regen. But I have been unable to find the effectiveness of the upgrades. By how much does a single shell improve armor. And what does a second shell do, exactly? And what does a third shell do? Likewise for Spurs. Do celerity with two spurs cause aliens to move faster than with one spur? By how much exactly? I would love to know these things. Thank you in advance.

Regeneration - health regenerates faster if there are more shells
Celerity - speed increase gets larger as more spurs are built
Adrenaline - max energy and regeneration rate increase with more spurs
Phantom - lifeform becomes more silent (with three veils it is completely silent)
Aura - range of detection increases with more veils
Not sure of the exact numbers, but if you were unsure as to what building the upgrade buildings is actually doing, those are the variables that increase
