Wrong Screen Size

It is displaying the wrong screen size and as result I cant change the option either.....

I already tired:

"C:\Users\(Your ussername)\AppData\Roaming\Natural Selection 2

Delete or modify the resolution in system_options.xml with wordpad to your res. "

And it didnt much

    in the file change the lines that read ad follows to the resolution you want.
    <x-resolution>1024</x-resolution>
    <y-resolution>768</y-resolution>

    Start the engine, go to the options page, confirm your changes on the graphics tab. Off you go.

    It looks like you, like me, have a rotated display. You can also change the default monitor and it should be smart enough to adjust your resolution to fit on the next restart.

    This is an issue with the game since the patch. Multiple people are reporting it on the Steam forums.

    I have the same problem, except I know what is it and how to partially solve it.

    The problem is, probably you use WIndows 7. You probably use the "custom dpi" setting.
    In order to not have your screen "cropped" in NS 2, you have to use the "Windows XP sytle dpi measurment (or something like that, not Eng system)".
    With Xp sytle, the system wont resize windows by the given percentage (I use 132%) and so your NS2.

    Dear Developers please make Windows realise that NS2 is not a window what it should resize with the given DPI settings. Thank you!

    It's at #6. Little check box in that window.

    Weird, looks like it's vertical or some weird aspect ratio

    Not sure what your resolution is but

    on steam, click on ns2 and go to properties then hit 'set launch options'

    inside put

    -w x -h x

    x being your width res and height res

    It would look like if your resolution was/is 1080p

    -w 1920 -h 1080

    then hit ok and launch the game and tell me if that helps
