motd support for dedicated server?

hi all,
just got my dedicated server running on win2008 R2 (while waiting for full support on linux) which seems to run fine. I would like to show up a custom message to all players connected, but can't find any reference to motd support.. is it actually available?

    You should use an admin mod like DAK or Shine, both of them have included MOTD support.

    I do not believe DAK has webbased motd support yet. Honestly, I wish there was a standalone plugin to do it.

    get shine disable all plugins except motd. You can run it at the same time, maybe think about switching.
