Hello! I'm sorry for creating a new thread.
When I'm launching the game, I have a menu, but when I choose anything from it, it disappears, nothing shows up and I can't return to the main menu. Just a background and the game name in the upper right corner. After using search and my bad English, I was trying to solve the problem by reinstalling the game, deleting the "shaders" folder and verifying integrity of the game cache, running "DXSETUP.exe" - it didn't help!
I used to play this game during the free weekend some time ago and everything was fine! I don't have any game modifications or workshop submitions!

There're no any errors
Then try to manually unsubscribe from any mods in the steam workshop, through steam.
Manually delete the "workshop" folder found in your hidden appdata/roaming /natural selection 2/ folder.
If that doesn't do it then manually delete every single file relating to ns2, both in your install directory and that appdata folder. Once you visually confirm there is nothing left, right click on ns2 in steam and verify integrity of cache.
Nice, you giving random advices without actually reading my problem.
The most common tech support issue reported is disappearing menu text based on AA settings.
And i read your post, you did not mention manually deleting anything(which is what fixed it for you) nor trying to mess with mods (multiple which have created this exact symptom before)
But, okay.
