Game doesn´t work

When i start the Game i come to the Screen where i can choose Play options and stuff.
The Musik is on the Robot outside is moving and the Lights are working Strange is that when i go over a Btton for Example Play the Arrows at the side appear but not always on the same Button somtimes ther at the Exit or any other and always only on one Button and not at all like they should.
Whwn i Klick to Play then i still have the View of the Robot outside and the lights on the Wall (Green and Red) are doing their Stuff but nothing else happen at this point i have to close the game with Task manager.

Ihave done this 3 Times bevore^^
Included Appdata and all stuff that was the first thing i did bevor i even know that here is an Support Forum.
I did the Steam Check too that was not helping too.
My Drivers are all Up to Date so whats the Problem ?
What does your log file say? Find it in your appdata folder.
If NS2 crashes, do not close any windows, even if its a black screen or error. Navigate to your NS2 install folder and run techsupport.exe. This will make a potentially large dump file (inside the zip that techsupport.exe makes, there will be a folder called "minidump") that you can then upload to somewhere online (like Drop box) and provide a link to it in here or to a dev. This dump file is the fastest, most accurate method to catch a crash!
