Help with in game custom menus!

Hey there I'm new to running a server, I've seen on a lot of servers they have custom in game menus they show as

Map vote
1.docking
2.refinery
3.tram

Etc.

Could someone point me in the direction of how to install this on my server?

    You mean like map votes? If you know a specific server you could probably ask the admin. It's most likely a GUI with a key listener.

    I think both ISIS and big kahuna do it, just would love to see something similar on tg for server redirect
