Getting a runtime error during map load up when it says "compiling updated shaders"

Hi guys i keep getting this runtime error and I am unable to play the game, I've tried everything i could find on google, ive re installed the game, verified the game cache, and i just re installed windows entirely, and i still am having no luck getting this game to run. can you upload the zip from techsupport.exe found in your ns2 directory?

I actually managed to fix this issue by installing NS2 on m ssd instead of my hdd, but now when im playing randomly the program will stop and ill get a debug menu. Any help with this issue?

when it crashes, please navigate to your ns2 folder and run techsupport.exe while NS2 is still open.. even if the window is black.

That exe will create a zip file for you and in it, a folder called minidump, containing a dump file that is the easiest method for the developers to find the culprit. Just upload that zip somewhere (like dropbox) and then post a link here.
