I'm not sure why it didn't show up in the original post.

Interesting that your DXDIAG shows your device as being integrated graphics and yet your ns2 log clearly shows a 660m.. while that card is only shown under "system devices" with an unknown driver...

Laptop display drivers are a nightmare..
Have you attempted to roll them back by any chance?

For stability purposes try changing your system_options.xml file 's line referring to Antialiasing to false
    <anti-aliasing>true</anti-aliasing> to <anti-aliasing>false</anti-aliasing>
    Just in case.

This is what the next line in your log should look like:
    Loading config://ConsoleBindings.json
    Loading config://FavoriteServers.json
    Loading config://HistoryServers.json
Main Menu Initialized at Version: 249

So given that the engine failed while trying to load a json config file.. my next suggestion is: have you tried running ns2 as an administrator? could be a permissions issue (esp given the OEM Operating systems that laptops come with) .. you can create a desktop shortcut by right clicking the game in steam, and then right click that icon that is on the desktop to "Run as administrator"

Finally.. if these attempts fail ...when this crashes and NS2 is still open (even if its a black screen) run that techsupport.exe again and it will create a potentially large dump file that you can then host on the internet somewhere.
This is the fastest way for a developer to find the culprit.

Yeah the integrated gpu is a low power one for use while unplugged, I have it setup to run the 660m for all application when plugged-in.

It dose appear that NS2 is still running(after the crash) so I will attempt running the Techsupport.exe while the game is "open".
I haven't tried rolling back the GPU drivers yet so i will try that also and post the results here one I'm done.

Thanks for the speedy response IronHorse!

Edit one: Ok, running the Techsupport.exe while NS2 was open produced the same zip file I uploaded in my first post.
Edit two: Rolling back graphics card drivers(using the clean install process) was unsuccessful also.

Blast I was really hoping that would work :[

Are you sure that zip file now doesn't contain a folder called "minidump"?? It should if NS2 is open.
If its open when u run techsupport the dialog window should look like :
