How to fix Main Menu / Startup Errors / lua Errors

G-day all,
After spending a good 4 or more hours at this problem i have finally found the cause of the Startup / menu Errors such as those (Pressing the Play button & the background shows up, but the server list doesn't same goes for options ect ect ect just not being able to play the game at all.)
I first bought it early this morning hoping to install and play... Nope didnt happen
Wasted a good 4 hours uninstalling reinstalling fiddling deleting files & re-validating on steam until i finally figured out my problem
as i explained above with the main menu errors and just not being able to play i read through my log after finally giving up and posting on steam forums
