Gui missing on startup.

Start the game and all the menu shortcuts like options and server list are missing. I have done verify Game Cache but nothing. When i bring my mouse over the area were they should be i can hear the sound they give off when hovered over.
but they are invisible and don't show. Need some help.
NS2 Graphics card gtx 295.
