The Player Limit Is Not Within The Allowed Bound (1 to 24)

Hi all,
Wondering how I can create a 32 - 100 person server.
When I run my server, and -limit is greater than 24, I get the following error, "The Player Limit Is Not Within The Allowed Bounds (1 to 24)".
The server defaults the limit to 24.
Any idea or tutorial on how to override this?

You can override this if you want but if you do this play in large maps (maybe modded ones) and you should consider modding the egg count too.
(will edit if I found the link for the explanation)
Just out of interest, why, in the name of all that is NS2 would you want / need a server for that many people? This game really wasn't designed for that sort of play.
This isn't a personal attack or a "no" response. I really would like to know why people think this necessary
Anyway!
I figure making what would be, 1-of-3, 32 man servers, would help populate my server. Then I can make a legit server on another machine with the community built from the 32 man server (Maybe there are more than 2 total 32-man servers right now? If so, they haven't populated my list)
The 2 32- man servers do lag since the tick rate is horrible as there are too many players

Ram is clocked at 1600, and I forget the timings at the moment.
Solid State Drive as well.

I actually have 6 folks playing in my server now, w00t; flawlessly to boot! =D
6% CPU Usage,
4.56GB Memory Usage
For the record, I don't plan on running 2, 32-man servers; I would like to run 1, 32-man server, on the machine described above.
On a different box, I'd like to run a 24-man server - or whatever I feel like, and a developer server to work out bugs before pushing code/mods/or anything to my live servers.
