Weird issue with Workshop Folder and mods

So for some reason today I haven't been able to properly join modded servers. Sometimes it would let me in, and other times it would kick me on map change, giving the "game files do not match server" error. I tried verifying game cache, deleting temp folders and even reinstalled the game. After a while I realized that I could only connect to modded servers when I deleted my Workshop folder. After I downloaded the mods again I could no longer connect to the modded servers. I'm guessing this is an Ns2 stats issue since this was the only mod some servers had that I could not connect to.
tl;dr Can't connect to modded servers, every time I delete the Workshop folder I can connect to any modded server the first time, but not afterwards and get kicked on map change.

Well for me, in the past it's been the servers fault for having out of date files, if that isn't it, you'll have to wait for IronHorse ;p
