  That is weird, doesn't look like the anti aliasing issue either. Either way, turn off anti aliasing in your graphics card properties if it's on. Also turn off ambient occlusion if it's on.

  Uncheck the colored players minimap mod.

  @NeoQuaker1: Did you install the "better NS2" mod from the workshop? If not so, check if it's enabled in the mod menu.
  My menu looked the same when I installed the mod and went back to normal after disabling it.

  It's fixed. Thank you for the responses. Turns out the culprit was a mod, not sure which one as I just turned them all off. Maybe I'll do a little experimenting to find out which one.

  I had similar happen, it was a mod conflict. Unsubscribe from ALL mods, close steam, then delete this folder:
  
  C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\Natural Selection 2\Workshop
  
  Try again and see if the problem reappears. If not, add mods one at a time until it does.
