Problems with loading Textures

Hi,
i have an Problem with my game.
If I start it i have much errors ,I copied the Error log :
Can someone help me to fix my game ? I´ve already deleted the cache in appdata ,reinstalled the game and changed the anti aliasing settings in my nvidia center.

Allow the javascript to run and you should see the recommended driver to download for your 7950 GT and operating system.
NVidia 8600 or better
Which is the next generation of cards from the one you own. Your card was released on 14 September 2006, and was the last of the series. Nvidia no longer provides driver support for that line.
But most importantly i believe its lacking certain shader capabilities that NS2 employs, and is the reason why the 8800 series was used as the minimum, being that its the oldest tech NS2 uses.
Good news is: Cards are cheap today. One of the best performing ones you can buy is just barely over $100 US.
Although for NS2, your processor / clock speed is the most important thing to prioritize.
