  the menu can't be binded, there is no option in the keybindings for said menu

  What's preventing you from binding the menu to another key?
  I figured the key binding bugs were all sorted out by now

  Go back to the bindings menu and look for "Voiceovers" and bind that to a key. Now press and hold that key to bring up the menu for concede & eject etc.
