Alternative to Alien Vision

It seems like there is little reason to play with alien vision off. I personally like alien vision, but would like to see the normal vision mode buffed so that it would be more viable. How about giving all the marines an orange outline? This would look similar to what happens when an alien attacks a marine and the whole team can see him for 8 seconds. The only difference would be that the marine wouldn't be visible through walls(until attacked of course, like usual). In other words, normal vision should be like alien vision, outlining all the players for easy tracking, but without the green and black background. This would encourage normal vision for general use and alien vision for the darker areas.

Also makes the observatory effect and cloaking effects much harder to see. Also, glass doesn't show up so you end up running into it if you don't know the map (Always hilarious as a lerk). That may be by design though.
i wrote a little about it in the post below

Human vision:
Commander can upgraded humans vision (When they press F) to have a lock on, this would circle around anything within a short distance and it would circle through walls ect. If the alien was to slow walk or was silenced, then they would go past undetected. This would allow humans to plan their attacks and predict aliens, just like aliens can with humans and it would also add the awesome element of sneaky play.
My worry would be that, it would prolong the game. But if you balanced it correctly and made sure it was something the humans had to buy each time rather then a permanent skill. Then it would only make the game better, i think.
