Fade blink bug

Hey I couldnt find where the bug forum. When using blink through a door opening will act as if youre bumping into a wall. So you're floating there against some invisible wall when you need to get through to escape enemies or get somewhere quick.

That's just lag. You're actually already through the door when you smash into it.

I've run into "open" doors and stopped in my tracks by what is likely a hitbox lagging behind/moving ahead of the door itself.

These guys are right, you're already through the door. You will catch up to your real location (try it as flying lerk eg throuh the door in ore processing on tram).

It is a bit odd, and can occasionally get you into trouble in a fight if you're not prepared for it, so it's best to assume that the door isn't there to trick your brain into not worrying about it

another theory is that it could be caused by the automatic vertical movement which kicks in after hitting an obstruction.

maybe you hit the door and blink takes you upwards so your head is catching on the door frame. if so, looking down while going through the door would fix it.

good. so you approach a door as fade, stop and gestate into a gorge, spit to open door, gestate back into a fade, proceed through door before it closes again. :P

Make Vortex open doors because the animation is already perfect for it and at least then it would do something useful.
