Descent on All Official?

Last time I played an all official server (for EU) I noticed that Descent didn't seem to be in the circle, am I wrong?
All official servers usually goes like this; Tram, Docking, Mineshaft, Summit, Veil, Refinery (what I have noticed)
So I was wondering if Descent is going to be thrown in there too, and when? Or if I completely missed that it is there already
