  Maybe they want to run a 24/7 tram server. Its not like there are a lack of alternatives.

  Okay, well if that's the case, fix the server title to include "ns_tram 24/7" or something to that effect.

  Have you noticed the name of their server is a domain... perhaps that would be the place to tell them this?
