50 damage a shot, an extra 150 damage for a charged shot, two second charge time, one second cooldown between shots. If you charge up for two seconds, you have one second before forced firing.
So, double it up for structures... your choices are 50 DPS (halved for the cooldown) or 133 1/3 DPS.
Charge those big blasts up!
EDIT: Structural is normal damage to anything that isn't a structure. It's doubled against structures.
Does the railgun do 400 damage to alien players at weapons 3? I cant ever seem to get more than 200 damage out of it on aliens, but I have heard it does 400 damage at full charge.
